The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that evacuation drills be carried out regularly in a variety of realistic situations.

We carry out a rehearsal of the emergency procedures in the form of an evacuation drill to ensure that employees are familiar with the Emergency Plan.
Strategy
We put in place the Fire Evacuation Strategy devised in the Fire Risk Assessment of the premises.

Routine
- We offer the employer a chance to check that the emergency plan is effective, and fire wardens/staff the chance to practice the skills learned during their training.
- We check that records are being maintained on the routine testing and maintenance of the fire precautionary measures.
- This includes the fire alarm system, emergency lighting and the emergency escape routes.
